Fleet TUI — distribution management
Fleet ships a full terminal management interface alongside its HTTP API and web dashboard. Operators use it to watch releases, downloads, service health, and user access in real time, over SSH, with no browser required. The recording below walks through every view.
What you're watching
- Dashboard. Live counters for registered applications, published releases, and total downloads. Auto-refreshes every few seconds.
- Licenses. Fleet ships a licensing backend for teams that need per-customer entitlement management alongside distribution.
- Services. Service health and controls — restart, pause, stop, view logs — for the background processes the Fleet server orchestrates.
- Users. Administrator and operator access, with roles and active-status flags audit-logged to the database.
- API Keys. Long-lived credentials used by the Fleet CLI and automation tooling, each scoped to specific capabilities.
Where it fits
The TUI sits alongside the web dashboard and the HTTP API as a first-class management surface. Operators running Fleet in locked-down environments — air-gapped factory networks, regulated production estates, SSH-only servers — get the same view of the system as the web dashboard, without needing a browser session.
Stay in the loop.
